2004 went by fast ... We've seen snow, sun, and surf. The kids are growing fast! Kayla is
reading, writing, and doing 'rthmetic. She's just finished
first grade, turned seven, and lost her third tooth. Rachel is sleeping in a
big-kid bed now, is learning to swim, is climbing everything, and is
incredibly curious about how things work. Kris learned to surf. Paul hasn't
learned much new at all, but applauds the others for doing so.
We've had some chances to visit family in sunny places.
We've even gotten some nice weather at home, although this is always
subject to change. We've been to Florida, Tennessee,
California, and the midwest. Uncle Matt came to visit, as did
Grandma Susan and Grandpa Hal. Kayla's been to some great day
camps, and we spent a very nice week at Seabeck, with a local of
northwest U.U.s. We've had several trips down to California
this year too (see the pictures from February
and May, with October pictures
coming). Paul's been to Australia
and New York on business, and recently ran his
fastest marathon ever
in Portland. The big news right now is that
Grandma Susan and Grandpa Hal bought a house very
close to us. Check it out
