June was a busy month at home, even when we weren't travelling.  Kris and Kayla celebrated birthdays, Kayla finished the first grade and attended day camp at Mercer Slough, learning some survival skills, and taking pictures with the Pacific Science Center crowd.  Rachel started potty-training.  Paul's almost potty-trained too.  Summer came a little early, bringing some 80+ degree days, and sending us to the lake beaches every chance we got.
