Sunflower Relay and Iron Event Paul David May 2006 A number of Eastside Runners made the trip to the beautiful Methow Valley for this year's Sunflower Run.  We spent the weekend in a nice condo in Winthrop.  Randy, Ram, Susan, and Trish had a great day on the course.  Several others (including me) struggled.  Still, the scenery and company made for a great weekend, no matter how hard the run.  Read about the trip here.
