Here are some of our home movies, new and old.  The ones of Kayla and Rachel I shot using our DV camera, then captured them to our home computer, where I edited and encoded them.  The older movies were transferred from 8mm to video.  From there, I recorded them to DV, captured, edited, encoded.

These links are all encoded for narrowband (i.e.56K), as we're streaming over a slow upstream connection.  Your player may have to rebuffer quite a bit, but this is the best we can do without shelling out lots of money to serve over a faster connection.

Marga and Werner's Arrival 1:18 August 2002 My great uncle and his family, newly arrived from Germany in the early 1950s (precise date unknown).  Taken from Cousin Linda's home movies.
Wedding Dance 1:29 August 2002 My paternal grandparents dancing the Csárdás, and  Hungarian folk dance.  Film transferred from the original 8mm taken at my Aunt Arlene and Uncle Allen's wedding, September 2, 1956.  I slowed this down quite a bit.  Taken from Cousin Linda's home movies.
